How we go pig on returns

Change your mind? 

No problem, sometimes we change our minds too. Don't worry, as long as your item(s) is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below. 

What do we ask from you? 

Email fullpigclothing@gmail.com , outlining your reason for returning your item(s). Please also include your order number, and the specific item that you are returning. Upon receipt of email, we will then send you a downloadable returns form.

All returns/refund requests must be within 28 days of initial purchase and in the same condition as when delivered. 

Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive back at Full Pig HQ. With that in mind, please ensure that products are packaged appropriately and make it to us in the same condition as they arrived. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. Full Pig do not take responsibility for fee’s charged whilst returning items, except in the event that they are faulty. 

As your parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives safely back with us, please ask your postage provider for proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. If your item gets lost in transit, we will not be in a position to offer a refund on that item. 

Once received, and deemed in acceptable condition, we will endeavour to refund your original purchase within 14 business days depending on your banking provider. 

Do we offer exchanges?

As our products are sold in limited run “drops”, it is possible that there may not be an alternative size available in the originally requested item/colourway. In this event, a suitable alternative will be offered to the customer. In order to limit this risk, we suggest carefully reading our size guidelines before placing an order.
